FAT 2021 offers distinctive services to scientists, speculative researchers, food researchers, scholar's and decision makers both from academia and industry across the globe to exchange their knowledge, experience and research innovations. This program is a rich unification of formats running from keynote sessions highlighting some outstanding and thought provoking speakers to very intelligent talks which are proposed in a way where analysts and specialized staff from both scholarly world and industry can communicate making a stage for exchanging of knowledge, ideas and thoughts.
Scope of FAT 2021: It serves as a platform for food scientists, food technologist, food chemists, food engineers, students, young researchers from academia and business organizations to share their views and research on the current trend in food science, food technology and food chemistry.
The conference Organizing Committee remains vigilant in monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and this event is planned as hybrid format with both onsite and virtual versions and will allow participants who, for a variety of reasons, can’t be able to join the in-person conference in France. We believe that our decision will allow many more people to participate in FAT 2021.

The theme of the conference is “Current Trends and Future Perspectives in the Food Sector: From Novel Concepts to Industrial Applications”. The meeting captivated a vicinity of utilitarian discussions on novel subjects like Food Science and Technology, Food Safety, Security and QC, Food and Nutrition Research, Molecular Food and Nutrition and Agronomy and Agricultural Research, to mention a few. The three days event implanted a firm relation of upcoming strategies in the field of Food Science and Agronomy with the scientific community.
