Over the past few days, the Organizing Committee, Editorial Team and Onsite Staff has worked continuously to organize the event in-person, but continued travel restrictions by universities and countries forced us to convert FAT 2021 to fully virtual event.

We are constantly monitoring the worldwide developments corresponding to coronavirus outbreak. WHO and CDC notify large gatherings are still a high COVID-19 risk.

Many universities still have restrictions for its staff and to tackle the COVID-19 situation, most of the countries have imposed travel restrictions, border closures and mandatory self-quarantine. As the measures imposed, many participants have reported unexpected flight cancellations and limited flight availability, preventing them to join us for in-person meeting. Considering all these, the conference committee has decided to turn “3rd Edition of Euro-Global Conference on Food Science and Technology” into complete virtual event. We assure that you will have worthy interaction virtually and the program will compose high-quality talks.

The theme of the conference is “Current Trends and Future Perspectives in the Food Sector: From Novel Concepts to Industrial Applications”. The meeting captivated a vicinity of utilitarian discussions on novel subjects like Food Science and Technology, Food Safety, Security and QC, Food and Nutrition ResearchMolecular Food and Nutrition and Agronomy and Agricultural Research, to mention a few. The three days event implanted a firm relation of upcoming strategies in the field of Food Science and Agronomy with the scientific community.
