Biography:
Myeong-jin Son studied food engineering at the Pukyong National University in South Korea and graduated as MS in 2008. After that, I worked in the food safety field of the National Institute of Fisheries Science for two years and worked at SGS Korea for five years as a research on food safety. I have been working in the food and drug Research Division at the Gyeonggi Province Institute of Health and Environment, since 2018.
