Biography:
Siyu Chen earned a Master of Science in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research in 2021 and is currently an R&D Scientist at GNC Company. Her research focuses on multi-organ coordinated nutrition and its translational application to establish new paradigms in dietary supplement development. She has authored five peer-reviewed publications and holds six patents. By integrating systems-level insights, her work aims to advance innovative, evidence-based solutions bridging nutrition science and product innovation.
