Biography:
Wahab Khan is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Shandong University of Technology, China, and an Assistant Professor at the University of Home Economics, Lahore. A Gold Medalist in Dairy Technology, he earned his Ph.D. in Food Technology from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad. With over 22 publications and 50 conference presentations, his research focuses on encapsulation, probiotics, and food fortification. He has led funded projects for the US State Department and GAIN, and is an HEC-approved PhD supervisor.
