Biography:
Turgay Cetinkaya studied Food Engineering at Sakarya University, Türkiye and graduated as MS in 2014. He received his MsC and PhD degrees in 2016 and 2023 at Istanbul Technical University. He joined many research groups as visiting researcher from different Universities such as Ghent University, Denmark Technical University during his studies. He has published review and research articles related non-thermal applications on food products in various journals. His research area is production of nanocapsules, nanofibers, nanoparticles, and using of nanomaterials on seafood products for active and intelligent packaging functions.
