Biography:
Tafadzwa Musidzaramba is an Innovation Manager at Marondera University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology in Zimbabwe, and a Master of Philosophy student at the same institution. A trained Food Technologist, her research focuses on new food product development and nutritional profiling and processing of traditional or indigenous foods to support food and nutrition security in climate-affected communities.
