Biography:
Suman Bharti, a Ph.D. scholar in Food Processing Technology at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. She hold a Master’s in Food Science and Technology from BHU and a B.Tech from ANGRAU, Hyderabad. She have two years of industry experience in quality control, having undergone training at the Export Inspection Council and Mohan Meakin Pvt. Ltd. Her research focuses on probiotic kulfi and bamboo rice burfi. She presented at national conferences and workshops, with core strengths in food microbiology, product development, sensory evaluation, nutritional science, and shelf-life studies.
