Biography:
Dr.Mezaini studied Food Industry Algiers’s University, and graduated as MS in 1988. He then joined the research group of Prof. Dilmi Bouras A at local bioresources laboratory ,Ntrition and food technology department . He received his PhD degree in 2011 at the same institution. After one year postdoctoral fellowship supervised by Jean Pierre Hornez at LILLE PROBIOGEM LABORATORY, France he obtained the position of Professor at UHBC. He has published more than 10 research articles in SCI (E) journals.
