Biography:
Mangal Vishnu Talpade earned a Bachelor’s degree from MPKV Rahuri University, Maharashtra. She subsequently obtained a Master's degree in Food Process Engineering from SRM University Chennai in 2019. Joined as a Project Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) in Mumbai working under the guidance of the late Professor Rinti Banerjee in 2019. In July 2022, joined PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the IITB Institute. Under the mentorship of Professor Rohit Srivastava, her doctoral research topic on the development of sustainable and biodegradable hydrophobic innovative bioplastics derived from agricultural by-products.
