Biography:
Dr. Eugenia Covaliov is a university lecturer at the Technical University of Moldova, Faculty of Food Technology, with over a decade of experience in food science research and teaching. She holds a PhD in Food Technology, specializing in plant-based food products, and has coordinated national and international research projects on functional foods, valorization of agro-industrial by-products, and sustainable processing technologies. A Fulbright and Eugen Ionescu fellow, she has received multiple awards for innovation, including medals at international invention exhibitions. Her expertise combines scientific research with practical applications in product development, nutrition, and sustainability.
