Biography:

Dr. Bao Yi studied Biology at Shandong Normal University, China and got her Bachelor’s degree in 2009. After five-years’ study and research work at China Agricultural University, Beijing, China, she received her PhD degree in 2014. Then she joined the research group of Prof. Hongfu Zhang as postdoctoral fellowship at Institute of Animal Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (IASCAAS). After three-years’ postdoctoral training, she obtained the position of an Associate Researcher at IASCAAS. Then she visited Iowa State University in 2018 as a visiting scholar. Now she mainly focused on monogastric animal nutrition and environmental control.
