Biography:
Srishti Vats is a Ph.D. scholar in the Department of Food Science and Technology, specializing in honey processing and carbohydrate analysis. Her research focuses on honey crystallization control and HMF reduction using advanced processing techniques. She is a recipient of the DST INSPIRE Fellowship (IF210055). During her Master’s, she worked on microencapsulation of sugarcane-based beverages. She has published several research papers in reputed journals and received the Student Researcher Award. A university topper in her Master’s and a Bronze Medalist in graduation, she has participated in national and international conferences, earning Best Oral Presentation awards, and has also been recognized in various technical trainings and competitions.
