Biography:
Dr. Reza Karimi is an Assistant Professor of Food Technology at the University of Guilan, Iran. He earned his Ph.D. from Tarbiat Modares University and served as a Visiting Scientist at Purdue University's Whistler Center for Carbohydrate Research, USA. His expertise encompasses dairy science, probiotic and prebiotic foods, dietary fibers, and functional products. With extensive R&D experience at Solico Kalleh Dairy Company, he has authored numerous high-impact papers. He is a recipient of the prestigious Razi Medical Research Festival award and the 2nd International Iranian Food Science Congress award.
