Biography:
Dr. Putri W.Harlina studied Food Science and Technology at the Huazhong Agricultural University, China and graduated as MS in 2012. She then continued the research group of Prof. Ma Meihu at the College of Food Science and Technology, Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU), China. She received her PhD degree in 2018 at the same institution. After one year postdoctoral fellowship at Nanjing Agricultural University, China, she obtained the position of an Assistant Professor at Universitas Padjadjaran Indonesia. She has published more than 40 research articles in SCI journals. At 2023, she just completed academic recharging at University of California, Davis, USA.
