Biography:
Maryam Hameeda is currently serving as a Lecturer at the University of Home Economics Lahore, Paksitan. She completed her BS (Hons) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, followed by an MPhil in Food and Nutrition from UVAS Lahore. With a strong devotion towards Food and Nutrition, she is presently pursuing her PhD, that eventually strengthens her expertise in the field. Her research interests focus on nutrition, diet therapy, and public health, reflecting her commitment to improve community well-being through evidence-based practices. Passionate about teaching and research, she strives to contribute meaningfully to academia and public health nutrition.
