Biography:
Hemant Kumar was born in Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh on 18 May 1994. He received the B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from REC Azamgarh in 2016 and the M. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from MNNIT Allahabad in 2019. Following the completion of his master’s degree, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Rama University. He is currently pursuing a Joint Ph.D. degree at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in collaboration with La Trobe University. His current research focuses on the development of portable sensor systems for milk adulteration detection and real-time food quality monitoring using spectroscopy and machine learning techniques.
