Biography:
Lourdes D Esposito, studied food engineering at the Argentine Catholic University and completed a specialization in food science at the University of Buenos Aires.She began working in the National Administration of Drugs, Food, and Medical Technology (ANMAT) at the National Institute of Food in 2005. Lourdes D Esposito worked for several years in the National Reference Laboratory and since 2020 is in charge of the Office of Prevention, Surveillance and Jurisdictional Coordination.
