Biography:
Dr. R. Pandiselvam is a Senior Scientist at the Division of Agricultural Engineering, ICAR–Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi, India. His research focuses on food process engineering, ozone technology, post-harvest engineering, drying technologies, biodegradable packaging, and smart food processing systems. He has published more than 100 research papers and edited several international books in food engineering. He has been recognized among the World Top 2% Scientists (2023–2025) and received prestigious awards including the Rashtriya Krishi Vigyan Puraskar (Outstanding Young Scientist) from ICAR.
