Maria Jesus Petron Teston, currently serving as a Full Professor at the School of Agricultural Engineering, University of Extremadura, my academic expertise lies in the valorization of agricultural and industrial by- products. My research champions circular-economy principles, applying green processing and analytical characterization to convert waste streams into high-value functional ingredients and eco-friendly materials.
