Biography:
Meraz studied nutrition at the Veracruzana University of Mexico and graduated in 2001. She received her PhD degree in Food Sciences in 2011 at the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico, she has diplomas in enteral nutrition, sports nutrition, kidney disease and oncology, she has certifications in ketogenic diet, currently works as director of the ILCHAC and Ketogenic Food and director of the scientific area of Ketolife company, development and imparts the Diploma in ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting, she is an honorable member of the Ibero-American Association for Oncology Nutrition and is author of research articles in journals.
