Biography:
Emanuele Falcinelli (Rome, 1999) is an expert in food and wine and nutrition education. He holds a degree in Gastronomic Sciences, Cultures, and Policies for Well-being from the University of Rome La Sapienza and a degree in Agricultural Technology. He is involved in science communication and educational programming in the fields of nutrition, gastronomic culture, and health promotion. He completed a professional training course in Pediatric Nutrition, with a thesis focused on nutrition education, and a Level I Master’s degree in Eating Disorders, delving into the topics of prevention, nutrition education, and a multidisciplinary approach to eating disorders. Since 2018, he has collaborated with organizations in the publishing and scientific sectors, contributing to the dissemination of evidence-based content and promoting a culture of mindful eating through outreach, training, and communication activities. Her work focuses on the relationship between nutrition, well-being, sustainability, and education, with a particular emphasis on combating misinformation about food.
