Biography:
Anna Berthold-Pluta is a professor at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). Her scientific interests mainly concern issues related to the microbiology of milk and dairy products, the characterization of Cronobacter spp. and Bacillus cereus, and various aspects of the technology of low-fat rennet cheeses. She led a project on the use of A2A2 milk in the production of yogurt and ripened cheese. She is currently the project “Research network of natural science universities for the development of the Polish dairy sector - research project" (SUP-RIM) coordinator at WULS.
