Ana Isabel Andres Nieto Full Professor at the School of Agricultural Engineering of the University of Extremadura, specializing in research on by-products and their valorization into high-value ingredients and sustainable materials. My work focuses on developing circular-economy strategies that turn industrial and agri-food side streams into functional compounds through green processing and analytical characterization.
