Dear Ms. Jessica! We have been collaborating with you at the Nutrition Science and Technology Congress for over five years. Participating in the conferences was creative and deeply satisfying.
This is the most effective collaboration with the organizers of the various conferences I have attended. What makes your practice unique? First and foremost, your active and respectful attitude toward participants. Your 
unique approach to using website tools (FAT 2021-2025) is also unique. Attentive attention, visualization of results, and the creation of a wealth of information on each participant over several years are key factors. This practice has a "post-effect." Naturally, such a unique practice can only be achieved by exceptional employees. Why am I mentioning this today? After assessing my involvement in the work, I conclude that it is time to retire. The reasons are age and health. The Bible contains the epistle of Ecclesiastes, the King of the Jews. He says that in every endeavor there is a beginning and an end.  Thank you, Jessica!

I express my sincere gratitude to Magnus Group, which, thanks to the decision to hold the 7th Euro-Global Conference on Food Science and Technology (FAT 2025) in Valencia, gave me the opportunity to participate in an event of global scale and epochal significance.

Participation in the Congress became memorable because the interaction went through you, Ms. Jessica, thanks to your involvement, professionalism, and mastery of subtle management tools.

The practice of participating in such events allows me to confirm the presence of unique practices in such a complex field. What allows you to occupy and maintain a leadership position? First of all, it is the cause for which participants have united their efforts, the media component; the idea of creating, filling, and maintaining attention; the interest of everyone who, to some extent, is connected to the science of nutrition and technology.

Factors influencing market sustainability include: the content of problems, the structure of seminar topics, tracking all stages of interaction with participants, representation of countries of the world – conference participants, the duration of the period from application to participation and the date of the conference, accessibility of information in the format of abstracts, the possibility of prolonged presence in the internet space, the possibility of broadcasting, etc.

  • As requested, I would like to share my feedback with you hoping that you can build on it for the organization of future events. Allow me to say that I have been extremely disappointed by this event for several reasons. In short:
  • The average quality of the speakers and presentations was low, with few (luckily) exceptions
  • The participation of the audience was not-existent, and I have recorded the largest number of questions to a single speaker to be 2 (in only a couple of cases). When the audience does not participate actively, it is the role of the chair to engage with the presenter. This never happened, although several chairs managed the different sessions. Conversely, one or two chairs actively rushed to introduce the following speaker
  • I have never attended a conference that changed the format last-minute from 3-days conference to 2+1 with the last one being only online. That is a waste of time and money for the participants that paid airline tickets and accommodation for a longer stay
  • There was almost no time to go and interact with the poster presenters. I barely made it to 6 or 7. Also, the award for best poster was given almost secretly, whilst it should be a moment celebrated by everyone.
  • On the first day when we were welcomed, it took a long time to get the password to connect to internet. Furthermore, we got given the program of the other conference on Nutrition that was happening next door. When I asked for the correct one, they gave it to me, but it was still not up to date (many presentations were not included).
  • I have never been asked to communicate my dietary requirements before the event, so I assumed that the hotel would cater for any requirements (e.g. buffet with a variety of food to choose from). This was not the case, and we were served food without even asking whether we had any allergy. The waiters did not speak English and therefore was very complicated to understand what allergens the courses included. When I managed to communicate, I was told that the food they were serving was the only option. On a conference on food, I find it quite bizarre if not ridiculous.

I also have a list of minor feedback, but I would say that already addressing the ones above would make the next conference an acceptable experience.
