Dr. Sepideh Haghighat-Kharazi studied Food science technology at Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University, Iran and graduated as MS in 2012. She then joined the research group of Prof. Milani at Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University in 2015, Iran and joined the research group of Prof. Khajeh at Tarbiat Modares University, Iran as sabbatical study in 2017. She received her PhD degree in 2019 at the same institution. After graduation, she started to work as R&D manager of Ardineh Iran Co., Iran. She interested in bakery enzyme formulation for improving bakery products quality and increasing their shelf life. She has published more than 5 research articles in ISI journals and several articles in Iranian valid journals. She has presented several posters and oral presentation in several conferences.
