Ms. Pooja D from the Department of Food Technology, pursuing at Bannari Amman Institute of Technology in the year 2019-2023. She is working on her publications of the article in the field of aquatic foods. She has done her internship at Britannia Industries limited for a period of one month and Nani Agro foods Pvt Ltd. She has successfully completed training in Manufacturing (Level 2) & COVID- Food Safety Supervisor held at FRCC Training conducted by Food Regulation and Compliance Centre. She has been awarded 3rd place in the National level symposium for presenting a paper on the title of edible films.
