Dr   KONGUE   Toyindou   is   a   Doctor   in   Geography   from   the University of Lomé - Togo. Since obtaining his thesis in January 2018, he has been associated  with  the  research  work,  courses  and  tutorials  of  the Research Laboratory on the Dynamics of Environments and Societies of the Geography Department  of the University of Lomé.  His thesis was on "Meleagriculture and its contribution to poverty reduction in rural areas of the Savannah Region in northern Togo.  He is author of three articles in international scientific journals. He is the National Representative of IFED-Togo and the Manager of an agricultural project management society.
