Biography:

Dr. Aurelia Di Taranto is a Biologist, Health Manager, Director of “Bromatological analyses, biotoxins and animal flour” Operative Unit of Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale della Puglia e della Basilicata of Foggia (Italy). She works on the analytical determination of food additives (nitrites, nitrates, sulphites, polyphosphates, organic acids, etc.) in foodstuffs, animal flour in animal feeds and biotoxins in bivalve molluscs. She was scientific responsible of several research projects and author of more than 50 articles published in peer-reviewed Journals, books and Congress Proceedings.
